Thinking about competing but not quite ready for the pressure of a full tournament?

Well, now’s your chance — without having to throw yourself straight into the deep end 😄

The Unity Grappling Challenge brings together students from Stance Jiu Jitsu, Grapple Zone and Third Space for a friendly day of competition, giving everyone a chance to test their Jiu Jitsu against new training partners in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Whether you’re a white belt looking for your first taste of competition, or a more experienced student who simply wants to get some extra matches in, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself without the pressure of a large tournament.

No huge crowds, no unnecessary pressure — just good Jiu Jitsu, fair matches and a chance to gain valuable competition experience.
