⚖️ Weight Categories:

Weights shown in Smoothcomp include the Gi or No-Gi allowance.E.g., 79kg (82.3kg Gi) means a net weight under 79kg and a max gross weight of 82.3kg with the Gi.

📝 CHECKING DAY

The day after registration closes is Checking Day – all athletes must confirm their registration, division, and opponents.Changes and cancellations (with partial refund) are only possible on this day.After this, entries are final and non-refundable.

💸 REFUND POLICY

  • Cancel before registration closes: 90% refund
  • Cancel on Checking Day: partial refund
  • No refunds after brackets go live.
