🕖 Doors Open : Get ready for the action bright and early at 7am (whitu karaka i te ata)!
Doors will open, and you’ll have time to come in, set up camp for the day, and get weighed in.

⚖️ Weigh In: Weigh-ins for ngā tamariki (the kids) and adults (pakeke) who have fights schedule for 9-10am start at 7am (whitu karaka).
We have adults and children competing from 9am, aim to be weighed in and ready to go 2 hours before your first fight.

🚫 No Last-Minute Changes: Kāore e āhei te huri me te tini i to rēhitatanga i te rā o te whakataetae: No last-minute switches will be allowed on the day of the event.
We need to stick to the plan— Me hāngai pū ki te kaupapa.

📆 Late Registrations: Registration closes 5 days before the tournament starts.
You can now register for events up to 11 months in advance.
Late entries won’t be accepted— ko tā tātou whāinga kia noho harihari, hei whānau kōtahi (we’re all about keeping good vibes).

⚖️ Weight Division Change: If you want to change your weight division after registrations close, there will be a $50 manual processing fee.
The best approach is to get it right the first time. Kia mahara (Keep this in mind).
