Competition is No-Gi and submission only. 

Exclusive event t-shirts will be available for pre-order and to print on the day. Send us an email (ashhurstmac@gmail.com) to pre-order your exclusive Comp t-shirt. 

First takedown will be awarded an advantage, if there is no submission within the match time. The athlete who got the first takedown will be the winner. These rules will apply for all athletes.

The rules will be very similar to IBJJF rules for competitors. 

If a division has 2 or 3 athletes, this will be best of three.

Weigh in's for kids from 8am-9am

Weigh in's for adults from 8am-11.30am

We will have coffee cart on site, bake sale, local Ashhurst market stalls & t-shirt printing.

Spot prizes for those who 'medal' from Bunnings Palmerston North, Ary Prints and Murray Free Contracting.
