Very high level grappling gym in Bartlett, if you’re looking to level up your jiu jitsu game this is the spot, I switched to this gym after 3 years at another gym and love it

My son and I have been kickboxing here for four months and counting and love it. Instructors are awesome and engaged. We work out with Chad the most and he razzes my kiddo every chance he gets (which I love). Highly recommend!

I have visited Pyramid Martials for Jiu Jitsu classes and open mats multiple times and have always felt welcome. There is a focus on high-level Jiu Jitsu for both hobbyists and competitive athletes alike. I highly recommend.

My daughter and I have been training Jiu-Jitsu at Pyramid for about a year. Joe and Luke are skilled, positive, and encouraging kids' coaches. There is a great community of skilled athletes, and under the leadership of Eric and Steve, they create a laid-back teaching environment with plenty of technical instruction. It’s a place where you can learn with great people. If you're looking to start Jiu-Jitsu or are searching for a new place to train, I highly suggest you check out Pyramid.

This is the best escape for a recharge both mentally and physically. The coaches, the members, and the entire business can be best described as warm and family oriented. I immediately felt welcomed as part of the fitness kickboxing crew. I always feel im getting more than my money’s worth at each class. No matter your fitness level, this place is great for all!

I did cross training in Pyramid every time I visited Memphis. Putting the classes I took in the Pyramid together passes a month's worth of training. I never left the gym without having my questions answered, and my technique improved. Also, I attended two events organized by Pyramid. 1- Memphis Jiu Jitsu camp: The camp was a three-day event that included 5 jiu-jitsu sessions, meals, snacks, drinks, and some other fun activities. The camp focused on a full system. The beautiful thing about it was to have sharp technical by drilling it and progressing the techniques during the sessions. On top of learning Jiu Jitsu, it was a getaway event sleeping in the camp, sitting next to the lake during sunrise, and hanging out with people. 2- Toys for Tots This event was a three-session seminar taught by three black belts, and the seminar fee was a toy that would be given to kids during Christmas. The beauty of the event is to share the love with kids and show them how much they are loved by Jiu Jitsu athletes.

This place is such an awesome place to train. Eric & Steve are great instructors and break things down in a way that even a white belt like me can understand 💪🏼 Also, the community is great too. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I’ve made a number of friends in this place and I’m thankful for the relationships I’ve built. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The best jiu jitsu gym in the area with the best coaches. They are true masters in their craft. They love the sport and are happy to share their knowledge with others. The gym atmosphere is healthy and encouraging. Coach Steven and Coach Eric run a smooth program that will make you want to sign up on the spot. Check it out for yourself if you don’t believe me. You won’t be disappointed.

I can't recommend Pyramid Athletics enough! The atmosphere, people, TOP-LEVEL instruction, and the entire culture of the gym is just EXCELLENT! I've had the pleasure of training Jiu Jitsu in many gyms around the world but I'm incredibly thankful to be able to train at Pyramid. There are not enough good things to be said about this establishment. I didn’t call it a gym because “most gyms” are the same routine. Pyramid is the opposite. I started training here just 5 months ago. It can be scary trying something new, however Eric and his team have made it the best experience I’ve ever had in a group setting. Before every class he comes up and speaks to everyone individual and often times gives them a hug if ya want. Big hugger right here! Jiu jitsu is brand new to me and I have fallen in love with it. Mainly I have fallen in love with coming into this place and seeing/meeting such welcoming people who truly want everyone to shatter their goals and become better each day! Drop in one day just like I did. Nothing to lose and everything to gain!

After trying out other gyms in the area no other environment was as welcoming as Pyramid Athletics. I was very nervous my first day of Muy Thai, and Eric was funny, welcoming, and reassuring. He made me feel comfortable to fail. Without a doubt I’ve gained more than just learning martial arts, I’ve gained friends and lessons in life. This WILL be the best Gym, instructor, and family you will invest in.

Best place to train Jiu Jitsu in the Memphis area. Everyone is extremely friendly, no egos here. All skill levels welcomed. Coaches are topnotch in all disciplines (they also have kids jiu jitsu, crossfit, muay thai, fitness kickboxing and body focus classes!) Family friendly and professional staff and clients. Hours are great for working adults. If you're nervous to start in a gym like this, don't be! They even have a free trial period. Nothing to lose and everything to gain! Can't say enough positive things about the gym and the people

I've been training at Pyramid for a little over 2 years now and it's the best workout experience I've ever had. Pyramid has the best instruction in the area, the gym is immaculate, and the environment is welcoming to anyone who walks through the doors. Eric, the owner, is very engaged, accessible, and personally invested in his clients/members. He's managed to impart that into his staff and that's created a great sense of community in the gym. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Pyramid Athletics has some of the best cardio workouts whether you’re looking for Wright loss, toning up, or just a disciplined lifestyle. They have coaches and teachers that know their trades and are more than willing help assist you with whatever workout you are training for. Best place for kickboxing, body focus (fitness bootcamp), CrossFit, muay thai, and jiu jitsu. Very clean atmosphere as well! Not many workout places keep it clean like they do.

My wife and daughter join this class. They were coming back like they just ran a marathon. So I said, "You all were just gone for 30 minutes". They said it was a great work out. I am 6 foot 5 and weigh 257 pounds. My wife worked over so I took my daughter, WOW!!!!!! I was blown away. Keep up the good work.
