If I could give zero stars I would. We took our 6 year old daughter for a trial class after a pleasant phone call with the front desk. When we arrived the parking lot was full so we parked in the back and noticed a back door where people were entering. My husband, daughter and I entered through the back behind another family. As the family was walking through the gym, they asked a gentlemen where to go - he directed them to continue towards the front and through the door to the front desk. We followed that family towards the front, they opened the door as instructed and we all walked through. Once inside the front of the gym a woman yelled “NO SHOES ON THE MAT, I SAID NO SHOES ON THE MAT”. My husband and I looked at each other perplexed, took off our shoes, walked 10 feet to get off the mat, put our shoes back on and waited at the front desk. A young girl came over and greeted us and we told her what happened. She looked nervous and asked another employee to speak with us. When we informed the second employee she casually brushed it off by saying “oh sorry that happened.” I asked why there weren’t signs and why we weren’t told over the phone she replied “Oh the signs fall off.” My 6 year old was nervous to begin with and to have an adult scream about shoes was totally unprofessional and unnecessary. We understand why there are no shoes on the mat and are happy to oblige, however, there is a way to address it in a professional manner other than screaming at your NEW customers. If you’re willing to scream at a new customer - who has children in tow, how do you treat your existing customers and children? Needless to say, our first impression was absolutely terrible and we chose to remove our daughter from that environment to find a family friendly gym where we feel welcomed.

I love group workout sessions. They help on ground reality of my skills and meet new people. I signed up for 6 months and later signed up for 1 year membership. My experience is better to learn some new offensive and defensive techniques in a fight rather than playing around with dumb weights.

Boxing has been amazing for my son! Has taught him more physical toughness and has helped him gain some athleticism.

Mackenzie is awesome! She was so helpful when we got my daughter started there. Brooke was very informative when it came to the financial part. The instructors are amazing and helpful with the kids. We have had a great experience so far and my daughter loves learning jiu jitsu and judo!
