I joined Chilcutt’s Martial Arts on a 16 week weight loss challenge. I am glad I made that decision to do it!. It changes your mindset and get you out of the routine of treadmills and ellipticals, but instead replaces it with strength training, exercise, cardio and boxing. They have great instructors, convenient class times and it is reasonably priced. I love the fact that each instructor brings something different to the table which makes it a complete package. You get to meet great people that have the same interest. It’s a great family culture. I am on week 14 of the challenge , and I am 15 pounds lighter . The workout changes your mindset and helps you to make better decision when eating, not to mention they offer meal plans as well. . I renewed my membership for another 16 weeks. Since they have a great program for kids I signed my 9 year old grandson up for the summer. If you’re thinking about making a change, just do it and you will be glad you did!! The key is to STICK WITH IT!
