Can't recommend this gym enough, I started training here after a long time off from bjj, and the super welcoming atmosphere combined with competitive rolls and top-notch coaching was exactly what I needed. I've trained at competition-focused gyms before, and Superfly somehow manages to offer the same skills and intensity while cultivating what can only be described as a supremely chill vibe.

Chill vibes and great guys. The instructor, Daniel, did not lead a warmup, however. I actually shrimping and rolling up and down the mat to warm up. Having no warmup caused me to feel stiffer than I normally would.

Where do I start?! The Vibe and culture here are on point. First off it’s a fun academy to visit. Great looking place easy to get to. The mats, and changing room are super clean. There is even a two person sauna in the changing room! Professor Jake was super welcoming and made me feel like I have been training there for years. He taught a great class and even gave me some extra attention on the move we were practicing. The members there are great! Everyone was super chill and friendly. I had some great rolls and people genuinely asking when I’ll be back. This place is a must visit if you are in the Atlanta area! They do Gi and No Gi jiu jitsu and have a solid schedule to choose from. Thanks for some awesome rolls and great conversations!

We love Superfly. It has been great for my 5 year old. He's learning discipline and to listen to his coaches. He loves class and we're very happy. It's a well run business too. No shady stuff like contracts or hidden fees. Much better than some of the other BJJ gyms in Atlanta.

Folks, let me tell you about this jiu-jitsu gym. It’s tremendous, believe me. The best gym, really. They’ve got the finest instructors—nobody better, folks. They’re great, smart, and very talented. The facility? It’s perfect, just fantastic. The mats, the rolling partners—everything is top-notch, top of the line. I’ve seen gyms, many gyms, but this one? It’s incredible. You walk in, and you know you’re in the best place. Everyone's saying it, folks. If you want to learn jiu-jitsu, this is where you go. Only the best, and it’s really winning big, folks.

Are you looking for a grappling gym? Look no further because you found it! An amazing modern grappling atmosphere that still has basic fundamentals implemented in their continuously updated teaching. To make it better they have competitors at the highest levels who regularly train there, who are more than happy to answer questions and help you get better faster.

Was up yall I love to check out jujitsu gyms and had someone recommend superfly jujitsu. To start the gym is Easy to find with plenty of parking you do have to pay but first 2 hours are free . Once you get inside you see they live up to the name ,their gym has an awesome esthetic with presteen white mats and greate lighting.i got there a little late to their no gi classed but was greeted with the upmost hospitality by the instructor. I managed to catch a "oooo ahhh" moment as we were tought a technique I hadn't seen in my 5 years in practiceing bjj from the dog fight position. got some greate rolls with with some greate people . I highly recommend to anyone new since they have a laid back and welcomeing atmosphere but to the experienced as well due to high quality of instruction and training partners in the room.

Wonderful place to train at. I visited from out of town and did a drop in to their 6am no gi class on Thursday. I have visited dozens of gyms across America and this was definitely one of my favourites! The coach Dan was very attentive and even gave me a bunch of tips and techniques after rolls, I was honestly surprised as few coaches would do this for visitors. There were students of all skill levels there so everyone can have a productive training session regardless of experience level. In addition, everyone was very welcoming and friendly, safe to say this is a great gym whether you are a new or experienced grappler. Some other things to take note, there is a parking lot there which had ample space (but this was at 6am). Not sure if there are showers, there is a toilet in the building the gym is in but it was locked when I went, so you might want to call ahead if that is important for you. Otherwise mats and the gym itself are both very clean, there is even a mini sauna in the changing room. Overall I highly recommend superfly!

I had the pleasure of visiting Superfly for a Saturday morning no gi class and couldn’t have better things to say. The level of passion and expertise on the mats is paralleled only by the love and fun they bring to the craft. Everyone was both welcoming and helpful exchanging advice and insights that are a testament to their dedication to bjj. Whether an experienced grappler or someone trying it for the first time, there’s a place for you at Superfly.

Superfly Jiu-Jitsu is a vibrant academy. I visited from out of town for a week and had the pleasure of training in the no-gi classes. The instructor, Jake, is super welcoming and makes training on the mat very fun. He shouted out instructions and motivating calls during live rolls. There were about 6-7 black belts on the mats. All the students were courteous to me, a guest. On the days I was there, it was 10% warm-up, 20% instruction, 25% drilling, and 45% open rolling. Both days were focused on leg locks. There were about 30 people on the mats. And on one day, they invited some guest teachers in for a knee bar seminar. It was an amazing seminar, and I’ve been incorporating what I learned at Superfly into my game at home. Come check out Superfly! Parking is free for the first 2 hours.

Great kids program! My daughter started taking classes shortly after turning 5 years old. She quickly took to learning basic moves and enjoys applying these techniques when paired with a similarly sized partner. In the early stages of training they are learning to control their bodies and laying a foundation for progressing to more advanced moves. They are not learning how to apply submission holds or chokes. Have no fear, it is a safe, fun, and controlled environment.

The elite school of Jiu Jitsu wizardry and excellence. This is where you train if you want to understand this sport, and more importantly, this is the ultimate destination in Atlanta if you want to compete against the highest caliber talent. Headed by Jake and Daniel, trainees are guaranteed to spend their time learning quintessential BJJ theory and technique. One of the best attributes of this gnarly joint is the price; it’s very affordable and cost-effective. The sport aside, it would be remiss of me to not discuss the staff. The three owners, Jake, Daniel and Wade are respectable gentlemen, incredible coaches and affable friends. Join in and share the vibes of Superfly.

I attended an open mat session at Superfly Jujitsu Gym today and it was an incredible experience! The facility itself is top-notch - clean, well-equipped, and spacious, providing the perfect environment for training. What truly sets this place apart, though, are the people and the overall atmosphere. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff and fellow jujitsu enthusiasts were welcoming, making me feel like part of the community instantly. The trainers are not only knowledgeable but also very approachable, ready to share tips and techniques. The positive vibes here are contagious. Everyone, regardless of their skill level, is here to learn and grow together. This supportive environment fosters both personal and skill development, making it an ideal place for anyone passionate about jujitsu. In short, Superfly Jujitsu Gym is more than just a training facility - it's a hub for those who love the sport and a welcoming space for newcomers. Highly recommend to anyone looking to dive into jujitsu or to elevate their skills in a friendly and motivating atmosphere!

I’ve trained at Superfly a couple times as a visitor and have had awesome experiences both times! The first time was for a seminar which was very well organized. I’m a 120 lb blue belt female and I feel really comfortable in this gym, as well as safe when sparring with training partners of all sizes. All the students have good mat awareness in their space during open training, they wear clean training gear, and they practice good personal hygiene. Jake and Wade are super sweet and the facility itself is clean (and cute!). It’s also in the 30s outside today, and the gym is a really comfortable temperature to train in during winter. The seminar I attended was during the summer and it was also very comfortable. A female changing room is provided. I took both a Gi and No Gi class that Jake taught tonight. Both classes were on techniques I’ve struggled with, and felt a lot of improvement with Jake’s instruction and details. I just went to a week long BJJ camp with a few Superfly students and they’re solid people; I think the community Superfly is cultivating is really something special!

I’ve had the pleasure of training at SuperFly for a while now, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Decatur. Walking distance from some great restaurants to eat or grab a beer after training, and right next door to a really cool coffee shop. The atmosphere is electric with an awesome 80's vibe and it just looks CLEAN. The instructors bring a lot of personality to the gym, as well as a wealth of knowledge and create a supportive learning environment. What sets this place apart is not only the top-notch training but also the welcoming community. No egos. The aesthetic is unparalleled, making it the coolest gym I’ve ever been to. They offer no-gi classes every day and have 2 6am classes a week. I absolutely love the vibe and how laid back everything is. On top of all that, it's affiliated with American Top Team in Atlanta so top level competitors cross train here all the time. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a fantastic jiu jitsu experience.

Training at Superfly was like stepping into a neon-lit realm of BJJ excellence. The mats were a hologram canvas where every roll was an intense dance in this cyber dojo accompanied by heart pounding retrowave symphonies.
