  My experience as a completely new student at this facility is very positive. They are welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! Nick has taken me into the family and made me feel welcome immediately. Scott and Kyle have been equally exepting to this totally new guy, and I am amazed by the skill and commitment I see not only in the teachers but the students as well. The gym has a no nonsense outer layer with a fun center. Comradery seems to be the glue and commitment with hard work appears to be the foundation. I am proud to be there and I want nothing more than to earn some respect from these talented people Jb Fng in training

  Best $$ you'll spend for a gym/ dojo. This place has more than an Accommodating schedule , if you're willing to put in the effort and take away what these coaches are teaching , YOU can seriously level up your game in a short time frame! Weather your looking to compete, gain a new hobby and learn the art of submission grappling or just get in shape . I Highly recommend this Gym !! I lost 10lbs within my 1st month of training. Well worth it !!! Try a class and you'll be hooked

  I have tried a number of jiu jitsu gyms and system absolutely has the best process. You will not learn one move, practice it with a half speed partner, and then roll. Every piece they teach fits together, and i legitimately have left every class significantly better than when i came. Their coaches also have a keen eye for detail and will continually give you tips throughout the class. I couldn’t recommend System more highly.

  I recently decided to try Jiu Jitsu after never doing any kind of sports before, and let me tell you what. It’s life changing! The patience, time and skill both coaches Jacen, Nick and multiple others teach is top notch. Jacen explained to me how they take a new way of acquiring skill. “Science based research focuses your intention and attention on the invariant features of your task focus. You will always know what you are trying to do, and why!” Both coaches do an absolutely exceptional job of explaining that, pushing you to your full potential while inspiring you to become the best version of yourself. System Jiu Jitsu is a brotherhood/family that I didn’t know I needed until I was a part of it. And now that I am, I couldn’t be more proud to be part of the system fam!

  I’ve trained throughout the Treasure Valley. The No Gi focused training is top notch! Solid rolls throughout that room, solid instruction from Nick and Jacen. Technical progression happens quickly here especially if you put in the time. You can catch Nick and Jacen both actively coaching throughout training sessions and giving feedback after live rolls. Jacen and Nick both guide the team and help every practitioner that enters in their journey but also help you develop ownership of your technical progression.   Fundamentally, System Jiu-Jitsu is changing the game. When I first heard of this gym opening, I told Nick that my experience is that with all of my work traveling around the country and working with BJJ athletes there are ZERO coaches that have a lesson plan and progressive learning process for students. He said that they were doing it different. AND THEY ARE. As a combat sports physical therapist and strength coach, I've worked with college athletes at the highest level and with some of the best black belts in the country. System Jiu-Jitsu is a world apart. Lesson plans, note taking strategies, and hammering the basics in a way that will make any newcomer or veteran accelerate at a level that is unmatched in the Treasure Valley. This is the only place I'll go to get the most top tier instruction my money can buy. Also, they do private lessons that are, in my opinion, 100% WORTH THE INVESTMENT if you are a serious practitioner. Nick will figure out your goals, test you for you weaknesses, and then create a targeted plan for you to improve your grappling game. The coaches at System are absolutely changing what it looks like to enter the world of BJJ.

  This gym just opened up, but I’ve been training with the two owners for a long time now. I’ve been in the sport for eight years and what these guys are doing is some of the best approach in terms of coaching and progressing their students that I’ve ever seen. I teach for a living and how these guys run class and how they personally invest time and effort into each student is phenomenal. The first class was held this week, and I saw some stuff that was incredible. One example being, A guy who never trained grappling in his life was able to grasp fundamental concepts that took me a long time to see. He got it within his first class. I would recommend this gym to serious practitioners and beginners who have the motivation and discipline to stick with it. Come train with some fantastic people and get better fast.
