Absolutely love Sajido! Have two daughters, elementary school age, attending classes. They have both learned so much while at Sajido over the last year. The coaches are so amazing and are great at making the classes fun but also meaningful at the same time. My girls have progressed so much in such a short time. Would definitely recommend Sajido if looking for great Martial Arts training! So fortunate to have such a great training academy local to our community.
Sajido Academy has the most patient and dedicated masters to teach kids and adults self defense techniques and building self confidence. My kid really enjoys going here. Master Marazio is amazing with kids, we parents enjoy watching the whole class progress from white belts to whatever color belts the kids are now. The morals teaching on top of self defense techniques by Master Jim makes this place a go to for those who wants to have a good self defense skill. What I like the most is how the kids get involved in the class not just as the student but also learning about leadership by leading warming up or sometimes even half of the session. That's how leaders are made by practicing and doing it 😉😁👍. Keep up the good job Sajido Academy!
We recently join Sajido academy and from the first try out class we absolutely loved this place. Mr Marazio is very friendly and helped my son immensely. My son struggled with low self-esteem, low confidence and overall not very coordinated physically, but just after 4-5 months here working with amazing coaches who take time to work with him I see huge changes in my sons demeanor, he feels confident and strong, he sets goals for himself and works hard to achieve them. I can't tell enough amazing things about Sajido. Our both sons love it.

Sajido provides a great environment for martial arts instruction. The instructor, Joe Marazio, does an excellent job working with the kids on self-discipline, fundamentals and skills, and he includes some fun learning activities that keep the kids engaged. My son absolutely loves Sajido and looks forward to going to each and every class. I highly recommend Sajido!

We absolutely LOVE our Sajido Academy family! The overall experience is the best, and we have made so many friends. My son has been learning martial arts at Sajido for almost 3 years; he is currently a blue belt, working on getting his brown belt. Mr. Marazio is an amazing instructor and a great role model! The owner, Master Sams, and Mr. Marazio have done an amazing job creating a great learning IG environment for these kids (and adults, they have adult classes, too) They teach these kids great self defense fundamentals to last a life time, along with self confidence, and respect for others. If I could give 100 starts, I would!!!
We love Sajido Academy! As a working mom of three life can be chaotic sometimes and it was very important to me to find an after school activity we all enjoy. My kids look forward to karate class every week and it's never a struggle to get them ready and out of the house! Mr. Marazio is always friendly, polite and very patient while teaching important core values your children will benefit from in the future. Affordable and family friendly. I absolutely LOVE Sajido Academy! I heard about it from my son's classmate and decided to try it out. It has totally boosted my son's confidence, leadership capacity, and self esteem. Even when he is not at karate, he will often reference the concepts that are taught. Mr. Marazio is so patient with all of the kids and from time to time hosts bullying and self defense training seminars. He has a great rapport with the kids and parents and I love the core values that are taught. It's such a great program so if you are thinking of a program that teaches self-defense techniques combined with martial arts, this is one to try out!
All three of our children have learned core values they use in life at Sajido. The training is good for kids to get energy out, learn a mind/body connection, learn respect for others, learn discipline and basic hand-eye coordination that will be beneficial in any sport they choose. Instructors have great techniques to keep kids attentive, excited and interested!
My husband and my eldest love this place. They are attentive and patient with the children. As an adult talking the class they will be physical and you will truly learn what you came to learn. Worth every penny!
My son had been attending the sajido academy for more than 2 years. At the begining he was very shy and hardly spoke. But now he had gained a lot of confidence and interacts with everyone. I would highly recommend this school. Very friendly atmosphere. I and my wife are already planning to join our daughter next year.
One of my children has been attending Sajido Academy for more than 2 years and we have been very pleased with the instruction, leadership, and the flexibility of scheduling for young students. The instructors are very good teachers and are great keeping the younger and beginning students on task!
Such a wonderful place. It has a family environment feel. You really feel like the instructors care. I started taking my boys there to keep them busy between soccer seasons and we just loved it and now we go year round. If you are looking for a place for growth and development for your children in marital arts and as a person this would be the perfect place. I am so happy for my boys to be a part of this establishment. And look forward to continue to watch my boys grow in martial arts.
I was lucky enough to train with these incredible martial artist at the 29th annual Karate College, they absolutely stole the show in terms of skill and proficiency. They are THE location for applicable martial arts in the Atlanta area.
Sajido Academy is a great place to train, I've been training here for 8 years. Both my son's have also trained at the Academy we've all learned a great deal from Great Master Sams and his staff. I highly recommend it.
I met Master Sams and members of the school during Karate College. They are some of the nicest people that I have met and Sajido is an amazing mix of martial arts that teaches you can defend yourself without too much physical effort. I'm impressed!
I attended Sajido Academy for 8 years consistently, and continue to attend whenever I have time. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the martial arts are top notch. Many methods and styles are utilized, so no matter the attributes of the student, there will be useful, practical techniques. Having studied with probably 100 different teachers at Karate College and other seminars over the past 15 years, I have rarely or never seen any methods that I didn't also learn at Sajido Academy. I highly recommend the school for beginners and advanced students. My past martial arts teacher also directs students to this school.
I have been a student of Jim Sams since I was eight years old. Over the years, I've realized that I learned much more than technique. Jim Sams taught me how to deal with the trials life can bring you through respect, patience, discipline, honor, courage and confidence. I would not be the man I am today if it weren't for Master Jim Sams. The school offers classes for all ages and skill levels. For those interested in signing up children, this school will bring athleticism, discipline, diligence and a lot of fun in to their lives. For adults interested to get a workout or self defense, you will learn much more than throwing kicks and punches at heavy bags. You will learn true self defense for whatever scenario you may encounter in life.
I visited Sajido a few times to see my boyfriend (who is now my husband) take class. Very soon afterwards I joined and have been training ever since, which has been about 3 years now! The members have become family! I enjoy the opportunity to learn a PRACTICAL, REAL life saving art. I don't like to waste my time, which is why I love this school in particular. The adult's class is fantastic for building the foundation and getting exercise. By the end of each advanced class, I have learned something amazing. I never knew that martial arts could be so fascinating, or scientific... But I do know one thing: I no longer feel as though being female has left me at a disadvantage if I should ever need to defend myself.

Classes are offered to children and adults of varying degrees of skill; no need to be afraid if it's your first martial arts experience, there are great beginner classes.
