I came in from Dallas,TX dropped in for a Sunday open mat. Not knowing anyone, they made me feel at home with great rolls and great people. I would highly recommend this gym. Thank yall for making me feel like family!!

My daughter started 2 months ago with no previous knowledge of jujitsu. The instructor takes the time to walk thru what a submission is and why, as it's not obvious for young children. These kids are learning serious self defense, and quickly grasping these concepts at a young age. This is the perfect compliment to her precious karate classes. She loves it!

Justin is the man! He should be proud of the community that he’s built over the years. The coaches are all fantastic. Many high-level students, all extremely respectful and helpful with a “no dumb questions” attitude. The amount of Gi/NoGi classes is very equal/fair and perfect for getting both types of training in. 10/10.

Helix Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a great academy. Justin is a phenomenal instructor. His knowledge base is huge. If you are starting new or trained before you need to stop in you won't be disappointed. Update:still one of the best places!

Justin was one of my first black belts that I ranked. He is an amazing jiujitsu student, instructor and person.! His facility at Helix BJJ is top notch. His academy is full of humble and technical students. If he is near you and your looking for an amazing Jiu-Jitsu academy then you found your spot! I have been stoping by Helix for a couple weeks now and all I can say is I love the place. Great compitition, great people, and top notch BJJ. Justin Parsons is running a stellar program that has attracted high level compteitors from all over the area to frequent th egym. I highly recomend cheching it out!

Such a fantastic gym! The community is really what makes this place special. They will help you work through all of your weak points, the people are mindful of any pre-existing injuries, and the trainers consistently promote safety throughout practice. It is truly a place you can feel comfortable coming back to practice after practice, week after week!

I’ve trained with Justin for many years. Justin combines a very technical understanding of the art with the unique and personal connection he has with his students. You cannot go wrong. I highly recommend training with Justin at Helix. Not only is he a great practitioner, but he’s a great guy as well.

Helix Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is AMAZING. Justin and Brandon are not only FANTASTIC instructors, they are great human beings. If you even have any interest in learning jiu jitsu please stop by and check it out. They will not only teach you the most beautiful and technical techniques they make it a ton of fun while challenging you to be better every day. I highly recommend stopping by to introduce yourself and seeing their new and clean facility. Every time I come back to Georgia I will be stopping by to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

As a graduate of Brookwood Highschool, I wish Helix Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was around when I lived in Snellville. Justin Parsons is a top notch BJJ teacher (and practitioner!) Check out Helix Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu if you are looking to learn Jiu Jitsu, lose weight, gain confidence and make friends.

Justin Parsons is an extremely technical black belt and a wonderful instructor who has a tremendous passion for jiu-jitsu. He is generous with his time and creates a great learning environment no matter your skill level. I would highly recommend Helix Jiu-Jitsu for anyone searching for a training academy in the area.
