  I came in from Dallas,TX dropped in for a Sunday open mat. Not knowing anyone, they made me feel at home with great rolls and great people. I would highly recommend this gym. Thank yall for making me feel like family!!

  My daughter started 2 months ago with no previous knowledge of jujitsu. The instructor takes the time to walk thru what a submission is and why, as it's not obvious for young children. These kids are learning serious self defense, and quickly grasping these concepts at a young age. This is the perfect compliment to her precious karate classes. She loves it!

  Such a fantastic gym! The community is really what makes this place special. They will help you work through all of your weak points, the people are mindful of any pre-existing injuries, and the trainers consistently promote safety throughout practice. It is truly a place you can feel comfortable coming back to practice after practice, week after week!

  Justin is the man! He should be proud of the community that he’s built over the years. The coaches are all fantastic. Many high-level students, all extremely respectful and helpful with a “no dumb questions” attitude. The amount of Gi/NoGi classes is very equal/fair and perfect for getting both types of training in. 10/10.
