An exceptional instructor. Very knowledgeable, and knows how to really break down lessons. Also, very clear and communicative when questions are asked. I look forward to each class each week. 10/10 would recommend if your just getting into the sport or looking for an open mat on Saturdays.

Janzen Jiu-Jitsu is fantastic! Mr. Janzen incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He breaks down techniques clearly and make sure everyone understands. He also connects the dots with the taekwondo experience I already have. The classes are challenging but fun, and the community is very supportive. Highly recommend to anyone from beginner to experienced!

Love taking classes with Janzen Jiu-Jitsu! It is a safe space to learn as a beginner and a great environment to train as an intermediate or advanced level. Mr. Janzen explains the concepts clearly and challenges with encouragement all to do their best. Definitely recommend, no matter the skill level!

I had so much fun learning BJJ and self defense at this establishment. Elijah Janzen is a great instructor and an amazing person overall. He treats everyone like family and will always help when needed.
