I was in the US for a short period on business. Diego was so kind to let me drop in - really nice people, good instructors. Facilities are nice and everybody is very kind to everyone! Would recommend!

My bjj instructor is friends with Diego and when I told him I was traveling in Atlanta for work he suggested I drop in and train with Diego. I was able to meet Diego who was very welcoming and the class I attended was run by Dj. Dj was great and his class was fun. The students were welcoming and I got some good rolls in. I was only able to attend one class because work kept me late the other nights but when I return to Atlanta I plan to coming more than once. Thanks again guys.
Stopped in to train while I was in town and felt like I walked into my home gym! Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. There were several places to change, bottled water in the fridge, and I heard they even have free beer after class sometimes! Diego was teaching the class and demonstrated the technique of the day in detail, and after a few rounds, we did several "king of the hill" rounds, followed by rolling. Overall, a high quality gym, good people, and excellent training!
Professor Diego is cool as a breeze and the teammates are good ppl and super skilled. I love the laid-back environment. Great place to learn and develop Jujutsu skills. I’m three months into my jujutsu journey, and I plan on being here for many years!

Great facility, great instruction, and great atmosphere. Highly recommend to train here if you are in the Atlanta area. Plenty of experienced men and women training here and great to train at, whether you are experienced or just starting. Edit. I wrote my original review in August 2022, and I have now had the privilege of training at this gym once again in December of 2023 while on holiday in Atlanta visiting my family. The training is still excellent and I always look forward to every session, as I know I will learn something. Everyone is extremely welcoming as well. Can't recommend this place enough!
I was visiting the area and dropped into the gym for a no gi class. We learned some great side control techniques and had some fun rounds. Everybody is super nice, you can tell they have a great culture here. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I knew no one when I moved to Norcross, Diego’s gym is the only place I went where I immediately made friends. The coaching is the highest quality, and the people will always show you respect. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

This is the best place in the state to train. It’s very rare to find a world class gym that also has a laid back and welcoming feel to it. Highly recommend!

Awesome BJJ spot. It was my first time doing Bjj, I trained here for close to 2 months before I had to relocate to another state. Diego is super nice and very knowledgeable instructor as well as Mark. It felt like a family and everyone was very respectful and trying to help each other learn and grow during rolling. Highly recommended if you trying to start bjj
This is a great gym to bring your kids to to learn Jiu Jitsu. Mark is a great coach with a lot of experience and a structured curriculum that will help your children learn well.

Awesome gym! I visited Professor Diego's team while visiting family in Atlanta and had a great time. Everyone was very welcoming and the class was technical and tough. Great rolls and a great vibe...I hope to get some more training in here in the future.
As soon as I walked in everybody is friendly and willing to help out the professor and his assistants really go out that way to help you understand what's going on and he has an amazing kids program my niece loved it

Diego is the man. Not only is he a UFC vet and BJJ blackbelt, but he is one of the coolest and nicest guys you’d ever meet. He makes everyone feel welcome and values you as a member of the team whether you are a black belt or a beginner in your first class. Absolutely the best value in the area, maybe in all of greater Atlanta, considering the number and quality of classes. I really enjoy having two main instructors to keep things new and well-rounded. Super friendly environment here, conducive to learning.
Clean mats, clean changing rooms and bathrooms. Great atmosphere among all students and professors, I felt very welcomed, so much that I needed just one day (of the week long free trial offered) to make the decision to join the gym.
I took a small 6 month hiatus following my blue belt promotion. After that hiatus I was worried that my skills were not up to the standards and expectations that a blue belt should have. Therefore, my choice of academy was very thought out and purposeful. The moment I met Professor Diego , he was so patient and sincere to me that I was able to regain confidence and rediscover my passion for BJJ. For anyone that took a break from BJJ, regardless how long, I highly RECOMMEND Diego because he will help you get back into shape and make training fun again.
Such a family-oriented environment! Diego and the other teammates are very helpful and inviting. This is an ideal place to start training BJJ. You will feel comfortable and get ample instruction to develop your skills. The facility is also very clean and classes are available to suit anyone’s schedule. After 10 months this place feels like a second home. Diego lives jiu jitsu as a competitor and A teacher. There are quite few people here that along with Diego make this place a fun learning environment.

Large and by far the best Jiu-Jitsu academy I have been to. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming which sometimes can be a hard commodity to find in a martial arts gym. Everyone there promotes blthe betterment of every individual and helps guide people during their journey into the sport. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly rewarding it is to be a part of this amazing team. 20/10 would recommend.

I've been interested in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu for a while but kept making excuses to put off giving it a try. Once I finally decided to sign up for my free trial, Diego made the rest of the process a breeze. If you have any anxiety about being too out of shape or anything else, don't worry. Diego and the other students will focus on teaching you fundamentals while catering to your abilities and comfort level. It's up to you if you want to watch for a bit or jump right in to sparing. No one will force you to do anything you aren't ready for. The instructors here wear their passion for Jiu Jitsu on their sleeves and you will notice very early on that they are invested in your success. I honestly can't recommend this gym enough. More than a team, a family!

Was visiting Atlanta for a few days and Diego welcomed me fully into his school. The mats and facility were very clean. Everyone was friendly and I had some really good rolls. I could tell by the style of rolling by the members that technique and position were very much emphasized at this school. Would definitely recommend training here if you are in the Atlanta area.

Incredibly strong yet welcoming and loving gym. All levels of experience are welcomed and time is taken for newer students to feel comfortable with certain basics. Incredible pressure and pressure passing. Will certainly return to train when in town! Highly recommended.
Staying in Duluth GA, for a couple of weeks and needed a place to roll. This is a WORLD CLASS gym with LEGITIMATE instructors. It's a clean and a safe place to roll. If you live in this area and looking for gym to join, TRY this place 1st.

Brazilian JiuJitsu is so much fun and a great workout. You won’t be staring at the clock, you’ll be getting a workout and learning how to defend yourself with this form of martial arts. I needed to get in shape after being on bed rest with two kids and living a sedentary life, however going to the gym was not my thing, and then I found BJJ and my life changed for the better. Give it a try, with one of the most highly decorated BJJ athletes as your professor in Atlanta!
Diego is the hands down the best Jiu Jitsu instructor. Not only does he teach you so much, he makes you feel like family. Always brings in life and joy to the gym, classes are always entertaining and technical.
