  Gym has great classes, a welcoming atmosphere, in a building with history and you couldn't ask for better coaches. You’ll feel confident and at home whether you’re a beginner or advanced learning anything from fundamentals to tournament winning techniques.

  have been training at this gym for the past 5 to 6 months and it is a really really good gym if you're starting out to do muay thai or you have done it for a while no matter what this gym is the perfect Gym for you you should come and try it out and they have got years and years of experience please come and try

  The coaches (kru’s) are well experienced and offer valuable knowledge in the field of Muay Thai. Everyone has become like family to me and were so welcoming when I first started. I’m glad I followed my gut and switched gyms as I really feel my game has improved since starting here.

  After various trips to Thailand these classes really focus on authentic Muay Thai techniques like no other gym I've been to. Each week has a focus and techniques are broken down in order to gain a good understanding and build as a well rounded fighter. Classes are also super friendly and amazing for beginning students. Ross and Nigel have such a passion for the sport as well as a wealth of experience. Highly recommend for fight training, weight loss and learning new skills 👏

  Quality Muay Thai gym. Excellent classes and coaching week in week out. No matter what your experience is everyone is made to feel welcome and part of a team. Couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone looking start something new or carry on training Muay Thai

  Visited here for a class a few weeks ago, traditional boxing gym which felt authentic. Only issue is no toilet on site and no air conditioning either
