Went to Liverpool for a month of work and been looking for some nice gym where I can maintain my skills. Lovely place! Had a great time sparring with lads, very friendly atmosphere. Anytime back in Liverpool I go there straight away!

Incredible forward thinking coaches, Brilliant gym. This was the first MMA gym I ever joined and was apprehensive in how a complete novice could be welcomed in what is quite an intimidating space. The reality was a team of kind, intelligent staff and members focused on developing you as a martial artist and themselves as coaches. First of all, the staff are patient and calm. They all have a clear deep understanding of their profession and cater to your MMA journey. Their focus is not to throw you in at the deep end without a paddle, but to give you the tools you need to succeed. The other members are also brilliant people. There is a real family feel at this gym, the members really do look out for each other and want the best for you. There is little ego, nobody is forced to extend past their limits, but if you want to push yourself, you'll be guided in the right direction I would recommend MASDA gym to everyone. Students, children, adults, literally anyone who wants to get fit, have fun and develop as a person.

Great place and best Muay Thai Gym in Liverpool. Alex and Tony are both legends of the game and excellent coaches.
