Nice masculine place , I jumped straight in amateur sparing (should of not ) after 15years of break , that nearly breaked me , but the atmosphere was amazing ! Looking for the next session!
Visiting Liverpool for work, dropped in for a bjj session. Great coaching and quality rounds after, highly recommend and will be back if I'm in the area again

Been training with Paul and Next Gen for about 10 years now. Best decision I ever made for me and my life to train BJJ — great Gym, some of the best coaching you’ll find in Europe never mind UK. Friendly and supportive.
Got told I can come to any beginners class for a trial and that all I needed was basic sports attire. Got told I can't train as I don't have a Gi despite it being my first ever time with no option of lending trial equipment. How am I supposed to join a trial class if you require me to bring my own gi when I never trained before?
