Training kung fu with Keith has been a solid experience. From the start, he runs a good class and explains things clearly, even when you don’t get it right first time. He knows his stuff inside out and pushes you to improve without rushing you or overcomplicating things. You’re expected to put the work in, but you’re given the tools to do it properly. Helen is there as well and plays an important role in keeping people on track. She’s good at stepping in when someone’s struggling and helping them get their confidence back without making a big deal out of it. That support makes a real difference, especially when training gets tough. Together they run a strong, well-balanced class that’s aimed at anyone and everyone, regardless of experience or ability. I leave every session tired, worked hard, and feeling like I’ve actually achieved something. I can see real progress in my strength, focus, and technique. If you’re thinking about starting kung fu and want proper training in a solid environment, I’d definitely recommend Fusion Kung Fu !!

Brilliant instruction from 2 fantastic people. I must admit when I started I wondered what it would be like walking in as a newbie to a room full of experienced people. Immediately felt relaxed and welcome. Keith is great at reading the room and gives taylor made instruction based on your needs. Helen is awesome too, very understanding and prepared to spend time with you to perfect the art. Totally recommend

What a fantastic group of people I have joined in with. I started just after my 50th birthday this year and I have been welcomed with open arms. Keith and Helen my instructors are very knowledgeable and very good at what they are teaching and it shines through them that it is their passion. On a personal level of not being fit, lacking in confidence and never have taken part in any form of martial arts. Helen and Keith have been very supportive, understanding, caring and encouraging. I have grown as a person because of this. I really appreciate them and all my fellow members.

I love coming to Fusion Kung Fu. I have been here for around 3 years now. Trainers Keith and Helen are amazing. I have the attention span of a goldfish as I have ADHD but Keith has give me his time, patience and understanding, He knows how to get the best out of me. I would never have got to where I have now without his help. The classes are enjoyable and available to people with all types of abilities and ages!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Fusion Kung Fu is a fantastic club with a truly welcoming atmosphere. Keith and Helen are amazing instructors—supportive, knowledgeable, and always encouraging. The members are friendly, and training here has helped me massively, especially with my mental wellbeing during tough times. I couldn’t recommend Fusion Kung Fu enough!

My son and I have been training at Fusion Kung Fu for two years and we've enjoyed it from day one. The lessons are technical and precise, like an art or a science. The atmosphere is friendly and you learn at your own pace. Great for coordination, fitness, and self-esteem.
