  Been training there for several years learning Muay Thai. Very friendly atmosphere with the instructors being extremely capable of breaking down and demonstrating techniques. Highly recommend this gym for those that want to learn how to defend themselves or just want to get fit and do something different.

  Been training here for about 2 years or so now and i cant reccomend it enough, great way to get in shape, defend yourself, meet new people or even fight. Its up to you, coaches are great and its a nice friendly environment to train in.

  caters very well for beginners,very friendly trainers.i have never been pushed to fight or compete for the gym. very good place to learn muay thai and lose weight.
