  I'm just travelling to the uk and came across this bjj gym, the classes are easy to follow and the sparring is always 100%, love training here. all the teachers are really friendly and the overall community always welcomes New People.

  Awesome first session at Kaizen. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I had a great time getting back onto the mats for the first time in 4 years.

  Went down for an open mat session and was extremely impressed with the location, the students and the teacher. Nathan got back to me quickly on the request and helped identify (the many) holes in my guard game! All the guys I rolled with were both knowledgeable and helpful during the session. I’ll definitely be looking to go again when I’m back down in the area.

  I started training at Kaizen 3 month’s ago, I really like the technical training given by Nathan. The whole team is very helpful and chilled with a “no judging environment”. Greg one of the senior members has helped excel my defense game and Lauren has really helped my partner find her confidence as well. I would recommend anybody to train at Kaizen no matter what age or ability they are.

  Have been training BJJ for over 9 years and Kaizen is the exact type of academy that embodies what makes a great BJJ academy so great. Kaizen not only has the quality instruction that you'd expect from an experienced and knowledgeable black belt, but has an incredible vibe built on values and enjoyment. Can't recommend enough 🤙
