  After time away from the sport I recently joined Forge83 and it has been an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the instructors made me feel welcome and part of the community. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for effective training. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about teaching. They take the time to break down techniques, ensuring everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners can follow along and improve. I also appreciate the focus on safety during sparring sessions, which makes the environment comfortable and encouraging. The sense of camaraderie among the members is one of the gym’s standout features. Everyone is supportive, and the mix of skill levels ensures a well-rounded learning experience. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, learn self-defense, or compete at a higher level, Forge83 is the perfect place to train. Highly recommend it to anyone!!

  Very warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Lovely environment and great people. The teaching is spot on, it catered to all levels and abilities and was very informative, easy to follow and fun. If you’re looking to start jiujitsu and are near the Caerphilly area I highly recommend going to Forge

  A fantastic new BJJ club set in a well suited location, immaculate environment, and very spacious. A wonderfully talented team of coach's, offering a range of classes for adults, kids and more specifically Women Only! There is something for everyone. Ross and Jo make a great team, super friendly and supportive. Anyone and everyone welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start or progress with their jiujitsu journey to give this club a go!

  Absolutely awesome! Joined up for the new year and loving it. The rewards program they have is very unique and it's really easy to sign up. The instructors are welcoming and kind - lovely thing to do for a new year challenge!
