  Best gym I've ever been part of. Incredibly welcoming and great value for money, especially if you do the classes. Enough verity of equipment and a fantastic community. If you get involved you will get hooked, been battling with motivation for years until I found this place. I can't praise them enough.

  Excellent facility with plenty of classes to suit a variety of people and abilities! Classes running everyday of the week and include mixed martial arts, wrestling, kickboxing, yoga, plus fitness, HIT workouts and more. Gym staff and coaches are incredibly welcoming and give the place a warm family feeling. They also run beginners courses for those starting from scratch!
