    Dropped in to Rob Taylor's Academy whilst visiting Cardiff for the day. Such a friendly and welcoming place to train. Rob, his team and the members all really made me feel welcome. Would recommend to anybody looking to join or if your are visiting Cardiff. I will be back.

    I used to train at Rob Taylor's when he was at his old premises at East Moors Rd. I stopped when my second son was born. I have to say, what a gentleman, so friendly & welcoming & he's probably forgotten than most know. Amazing guy, amazing class & I learned so much from Rob whilst I was there. I really need to start back at BJJ, I have classes on my doorstep, but wouldn't go anywhere else. Well worth the 30 minute drive. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

    My son has been training in Rob Taylor’s academy for a few years now. The coaches Rob & Tom are so welcoming from the first time you step through the door- my son is quite shy and was really nervous when he first started, but Rob & Tom have a great way of coaching the children- they are very calm, patient and supportive. The prices are very reasonable and affordable for the amount of class times and days that are available for training with them. My son’s confidence has grown so much during his time training here, he’s also learnt discipline and skills for life- and has met lots of friends there. I couldn’t recommend Rob Taylor’s academy enough.

    Myself and 2 kids train at robs. Sometimes as a women it’s quite intimidating going into any type of martial arts gym but the gym as a whole is so respectful towards everyone that walks in , everyone is so friendly and the coaching is brilliant whether your brand new or extremely experienced. more than anything the confidence jujitsu has given my son has been incredible. All the coaches are wicked and you can see they all genuinely love jujitsu and care about every student there which is awesome to see!
