Ethan Warnock is one of our own. After battling cancer and recently undergoing lung surgery, he’s facing another fight: recovery. And he will WIN.

On November 28th, we’re bringing the combat sports community together to help Ethan Warnock get back on his feet.

NO-GI JIU-JITSU
* 3 rounds × 2 minutes
*30-second rest between rounds
* A submission wins the round, NOT the match!
* Most submissions wins. Ties go to judges’ decision.
* Ages 18+: All submissions except spinal locks/cranks
* Ages 17 & under: No leg locks or spinal locks/cranksPOINT

KICKBOXING — SMOKER FORMAT
* Minimum age: 14
* 2 rounds × 2 minutes
* Point sparring, no knees or elbows
* 1-minute overtime round in the event of a draw. Winner of the round wins the match.

No-Gi matches are 3 rounds × 2 minutes with 30-second rests; a submission wins a round (most submissions wins the match) and ties go to the judges. Ages 18+: all submissions allowed except spinal locks/cranks; ages 17 and under: no leg locks or spinal locks/cranks.

What are the Kickboxing (smoker format) rules and age minimum?

Kickboxing is smoker format with a minimum age of 14, 2 rounds × 2 minutes, point sparring with no knees or elbows, and a 1-minute overtime round if the match is drawn (the overtime round winner wins the match).

Is there a weight allowance for competitors?

There is a 5 LB weight allowance for all competitors.
