FIAS contest rules, 4 minute contest time and submissions for all categories
Sport sambo uniform
Full sambo uniform in red and blue is compulsory for all athletes including sambo boots. No exceptions. Each athlete MUST have red kurtka, red belt, red shorts, blue kurtka, blue belt, blue shorts and correct sambo boots.
Age and weight categories
Youth males - Ages 15,16 & 17
u58kg, u64kg, u71kg, u79kg, u88kg, u98kg, over 98kg
Senior males - Ages 17+
u64kg, u71kg, u79kg, u88kg, u98kg, over 98kg
Senior females - Ages 16+
u54kg, u65kg, over 80kg - If entries allow then additional weight categories will be added
Senior masters - Ages 35+
u64kg, u71kg, u79kg, u88kg, u98kg, over 98kg - If entries allow then additional age categories will be added
Medal ceremony
All athletes must wear full red uniform for the medal ceremony. The medal ceremony will be conducted after all contests have concluded but this could be subject to change.
