Brackets and Schedule will be released at least 48 hours prior to the event date. You will be able to locate both on the event page brackets and schedule tab.

Match times can change throughout the day so please stay updated on match times through your Smoothcomp account.

Weigh Ins

*Gi Competitors are no longer required to weigh in wearing their Gi *

Athletes are only required to weigh in ONCE if you are competing in multiple divisions
Athletes must be weighed in approximately 1 hour before their first scheduled match
No weight allowance given for any division

Spectators

A spectator fee of £6 is payable upon entry to the venue.

1 free spectator pass will be issued to a parent of a child competing

Under 18’s get a free spectator pass

Spectators will be issued a wristband that should be worn at all times throughout the event.

Spectators passes do not grant access to the fighting area, This is reserved for Athletes and Coaches.

Coach Passes Allocated (per Academy)

Up to 5 athletes	1 coach pass
6-10 athletes	2 coach passes
11-15 athletes	3 coach passes

MAX of 5 Coach passes per academy	MUST BE AN ACTIVE COACH OF THE ACADEMY YOU REPRESENT

Coach Passes will be issued on the day of the event and will allow access to the fighting area.
