Important Updates for 2026

Please take a moment to review the competition format, policies, and event rules before registering.

Competition Format

Kids & Adults Divisions

Round-robin format to maximise match experience and mat time.

If only two competitors are registered in a division, a best-of-three format will be used.

If three competitors are registered in a division, a three-person round-robin format will be used.

Awards & Ranking Points

Athletes placing 1st, 2nd, or 3rd will receive medals and earn points towards the CompNet Global Ranking System.

Division Merging

To ensure the best possible competition experience, divisions with fewer than three competitors may be merged after the registration deadline. Competitors may be moved to another division based on weight, rank, and/or age category, unless they specifically state in the Payment Information section during registration that they do not wish to be moved.

If it is still not possible to arrange a match after divisions have been combined, the athlete will receive a medal. They may also request a coupon code to use towards a future CompNet event.

The tournament organiser will make every effort to create fair and competitive matches for all athletes.
