Our 8th Scrimmage starts 12:00pm, on August 30th, at OBX Sound Side MMA. Located at 2210 South Croatan Highway, Nags Head, North Carolina 27959
Registration is open - if you want a superfight there's a section for that - throw your name on the pile in there and send an email to flowstategrappling@gmail.com with your name, sex, age, rank, gi/nogi preference and any other pertinent information.
