Nags Head hosts BJJ tournaments on North Carolina's Outer Banks. The Chickjitsu Exclusive OBX Halloween, a girls and women only tournament, is the main event and returns each October. Flow State OBX has also been held here.
Around three in five events offer both Gi and No-Gi divisions, and around two in five include kids or absolute divisions. October is by far the busiest month, with an occasional event in August.
