9:45 Spectator Entry
10:00 Competition Starts
Lunch break will be announced on the day, usually around 1pm
All athletes must be aged 18 and over
Entries are £25
Registration closes 27th June 23:59 (including for cancelling/editing entries)
Late registration (until 4th July 23:59) will be charged a £5 late fee
Free entry for ONE coach PER ORGANISATION (not club) - additional coaches will be charged spectator entry fee
