I’m hoping to get my family to begin training soon. I read some reviews and there was one that stuck out and it was regarding the condition of the gym being less than satisfactory. All I can say is if you are apart of a gym and are taking it seriously I would ask if they accept volunteers and could help clean after sessions.

This is a great place to train or even for base fundamentals. I have been training here for about 10 months. There’s Good coaches and training partners here. I have been able to elevate my grappling and striking through the techniques taught from this gym. Practices are well structured and allow You to fully understand transitions before putting it in action. Sparring is technical and no one has a big ego everyone here is trying to get better. Highly recommended.

Apex Combat Sports is a game changer! I’ve been training there for almost a month now, and I can already see real improvements in my fight style. The coaching and environment push you to get better every day. Huge thanks to Coach Tyler Rowe for helping me level up and work toward my full potential. If you’re serious about evolving as a fighter, this is the place to be!

Amazing atmosphere. This place is filled with people who support one another, build each other up and push each other. All the coaches are always willing to help explain things , slow things down etc. whatever level you are at they will meet you there and build you up. I couldn’t ask for a better gym to be apart of.

Hands down the best mma/kickboxing/jujutsu gym to train at. Without a doubt has the best coaching you can ever ask for, the coaching staff are really great and care about the development on teaching you the things that you need to know when it comes to combat sports. I would one hundred percent invest in going to this gym.

Everyone needs community and if you are looking for a place where you are welcomed, a place where you can learn physical and emotional skills, then this is the place for you. Had the opportunity to see first hand children being instructed on physical activity, attention management and peer support, and all I have to say is WOW!!! The adult jujitsu program was a whole other level, both in the discipline and respect of the participants. Loved that both men and women can enjoy this safe space while helping each other strengthen their skill.
