This and the sister gym in Westport (Rudy Bears BJJ) are the best martial arts gyms in town. Come train to learn jiu jitsu or come train to fight or come train to stay healthy and strong. First class is free and there is a class every day of the week.

This is a great place to train, Rudy is awesome and the environment is welcoming to all levels of fighters. I highly recommend these classes. He is a well rounded fighter so there is a lot to learn from him.
