⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My 9yr old does Muay Thai, wrestling, and striking classes here. Great for building confidence, discipline and skills. . Positive atmosphere. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thrilled for the new Location to open October 1st 2025. 1414 Main St. New location is Beautiful!!! We Love Checked Past🏁🏁🏁

I came to checkered past just an active fighter with a boxing backround. I excelled in kickboxing and accomplished things i never believed i could do and became a 3× Kickboxing champion. I later turned pro with Checkered past and im now 1-0. Checkered Past changed my life for good. I look foward to fighting for Jimmy for as long as my body let's me. Amazing coaches and some killers train here. Best gym around.

Great gym and great training environment. For the kids the owner and instructors are all about keeping them on a good path in life. For the adults it’s a great mix of skill level and opportunity. If you’re looking to be an absolute superstar they have the experience and skills to push you to that next level. And if you’re never thrown a punch or wrestled before in your life, there’s a ton of people there willing to help you get started on your journey. Deciding to walk into an MMA gym with no experience can be an intimidating process, but no matter what your skill level or experience you can definitely find a solid training environment here.

Great gym! An array of disciplines with very dedicated coaches. Started going to this gym over 2 years ago and even when I have extended times of absence the coaches and team members greet me with open arms and a smile and help me train like I've never missed a day. Gym is full of all ages and skill levels which allows anyone and everyone fit in. Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.
