I trained at shay Walsh academy, the coaches and instructors really do care about your learning and give plenty attention even in group settings. The people are respectful and sparring is actually technical and a learning experience, but can be intense when you want them to be. Great as a new skill to learn and elevating your physical and mental state!

Having trained here for a few months, I can say Shay is a top coach who is truly dedicated to helping the members of the gym. The gym accommodates for all skill levels from beginners to high level competitive fighters. Everyone is extremely friendly and happy to help each other improve.

Having trained in the gym around 1.5 years, I am still having good memories with Shay and Sergio as they were really humble and professional to me. I could learn not only many drills to train but also how to get along with great people. So, I still appreciate with their support and kindness. Of course, everyone in the gym was like my family. If you want to train martial arts in Lancaster, I strongly recommend you to train in the gym.

Fantastic gym with great facilities for all aspects of MMA, and of course great coaches with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Inside and outside the gym, shay is a great guy with people’s best interests at heart. It truly changed my life training here, and I am eternally grateful to shay for that! I would give it 6 stars if I could

I trained with Shay for around 2 years and it was absolutely brilliant. Shay and the team support the community in such a brilliant way, teaching all ages, discipline, trust and MMA. I would never hesitate to go back into the gym, using the weights or joining a few sessions. If you've got hesitation, don't! Get yourself in, there are no egos in Shay's gym, it's all about development.
