this is an amazing bjj gym! The facility is to notch and clean The coach is a super friendly down to earth guy I would definitely recommend joining if you are in the area!
Brought my son here whilst visiting family - Received a warm welcome from Adam, great gym, a proper hidden gem. My son loved the couple of hours he was here, great workout for him whilst learning some new techniques. Great coach and some talented fighters there. Thankyou and he'll most certainly visit again!
This gym is great. The coaches are all excellent at what they do, each with their own unique styles when it comes to jiujitsu, to offer a well rounded education in the sport. Support and guidance is always offered and the atmosphere of the gym is friendly.

The instructor Adam was super helpful and able to cater to both beginners and more advanced students simultaneously with clear and informative instruction! Had an amazing time and I’ll definitely be back, thanks so much!

Had never trained martial arts before, now I’m there most evening. Kaizen is a really welcoming gym, there is a great community, friendly people and very high quality coaching. Highly recommend coming along to everyone I speak to!
