Andrea Siem is a BJJ coach whose Grips and Reps sessions focus on positional rounds with an ecological approach. Andrea is a British Champion and a quadruple gold medalist at Dublin.

This gym is great. The coaches are all excellent at what they do, each with their own unique styles when it comes to jiujitsu, to offer a well rounded education in the sport. Support and guidance is always offered and the atmosphere of the gym is friendly.

I went for my very first session of kickboxing, and I had such a great time! The instructor Adam was super helpful and able to cater to both beginners and more advanced students simultaneously with clear and informative instruction! Had an amazing time and I’ll definitely be back, thanks so much!
