  Great club, very friendly atmosphere, coaches very welcoming, knowledgeable & happy to explain any questions no matter what grade asks, the coloured belts actively look to work with beginners in all the classes. Classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu , Traditional Jiu Jitsu and NoGi. Regular visits from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu world champion Valmyr Neto. Get in touch if you’re thinking of starting Jiu Jitsu

  Some instructors are very good but the owner/another instructor has a nasty temper and should not be coaching children.
