Without doubt the best place I’ve ever trained, not just in BJJ but in any sport. Atmosphere is relaxed but focused, instruction is diverse and top class, equipment is brand new and tailored for the members. All in all a place to train for those who want to train, from professionals to hobbyists like myself.

My child absolutely loves the kids’ kickboxing class with Coach Louis! He is absolutely fantastic, firm when needed but always encouraging and positive. Coach Louis creates a fun, safe, and structured environment that’s helped my child build confidence, focus, and physical strength. It’s amazing to see the progress made after every class. We attend Junior Bjj class on Fridays. It helped my child build confidence and learn essential martial arts skills. Coaches are friendly and experienced. Good place to grow and learn :)

Been coming here for a few months now and I cannot speak highly enough of the place. There is a good variety of classes on offer with all levels of experience welcome. The coaches are first class - professional, friendly and helpful - this filters on down through the gym and every single person has been great.

Our child has attended the junior jiu-jitsu classes. The atmosphere was friendly and she loved the games ;-) The club was especially kind and sensitive in showing our child how to react when targeted by a class bully. I am very grateful to them.

Really great culture at the gym here. Very friendly staff and you are always learning from both the coaches and other members. Everyone wants you to improve and it's a very welcoming gym for anyone starting out or looking for regular sparring partners to work with.

I joined after just moving to London and can honestly say it has a very supportive atmosphere. Although I tend to not do classes, the coaches have helped me within their own time and given me tips just from having observed me training alone! My favourite gym I have joined so far 🥊🥋.

The wrestling coach just straight up took a picture of me in the waiting area without my consent. At the time I'd been in poor health for a long while (diagnosed with a disability & medicine made me exhausted and confused 24/7) so it went over my head. In hindsight this is shockingly unprofessional. A staff member literally picked on someone with a disability. Everyone/ everything else is excellent.
