  The instructors are very knowledgeable, the environment is very friendly and everyone is pushing each other to improve and learn. The management is striving to constantly improve the courses and introduce more sparring/open mat sessions... I can't recommend enough!

  Coaches are professional, welcoming and knowledgable. The whole gym is super friendly and affordable. Great vibe with a good mix of levels and all egos left at the door. Great place to train, great place to hit pads, great place to get fit.

  This is a great gym, everyone there is really friendly, the coaching is of a high standard, they make sure to let you know when you are doing something well, but also provide valuable technical advice to help you improve, great place for me as a beginner

  Excellent Muay Thai and BJJ classes. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and welcoming. It is great to have an excellent martial arts club in the area.

  Fantastic place to train muay thai. As a newbie to the discipline I have already learnt alot in the short time that I have been training. Everyone associated with the club are really welcoming. Highly recommended.
