I dropped by on a Wednesday evening unannounced and was welcomed by the students while the kids class was going on and then invited right into the adult class by the owner. During class he went over some darce escapes one of which fills a hole in my game. I went back for Saturday open mat and had a good time. They were no time limit rounds. So bring your cardio. This is a good, laid back and welcoming school.

This is a fantastic academy. Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like family. I had to travel to Auburn for a couple months and they took me in like I'd been there for years. It's a bit intimidating when you're entering a new academy because some gyms can have a poor environment where people are just trying to murder each other in sparring and there's a kill or be killed mentality, NOT HERE THOUGH! It's all about learning and progressing together. I even had the opportunity to help coach some of the kids classes like I do at my own academy back home. Great place to be at any age or stage of your JiuJitsu journey!

Very welcoming and approachable staff and team. Classes are well thought out and techniques are explained expertly. This facility has catapulted the Genesee Mall to possibly the best mall in all of Auburn. You can learn BJJ, drink the best beer in the world, and take chicks out for ice cream all in one convenient location!

A welcoming environment that soon makes you feel like you’re part of a family. In fact, I now consider the people of this gym to be family. The caring people here have helped me out multiple times both inside and outside of the gym. Whatever your reason is for wishing to start, whether it be: fitness, self-defense, combative competition, curiosity, becoming a more educated fight fan, etc. Flow BJJ is the place for achieving your goals. This school has helped me in immeasurable ways: I am in better physical shape, I feel I am in better mental shape and I have accomplished things I never thought I was capable of, all thanks to this school and the great coach and students. This school provides everything you need to gain the most benefits from jiu jitsu. The coach and students alike are welcoming, friendly and eager to help new students. You will learn from higher and lower belts alike so do something nice for yourself and stop down for a class.

Ive visited been been a part of many gyms over the years but flow has been by far the one ive been most comfortable. Immediately i knew that this gym was a good fit for me. If youre looking for exercise, competition, or the ring theres a spot for you. The coaches and people at flow became family. You will not be disappointed by joining this gym. And did i mention that were gracie affiliated?

There is family values that come with the martial art lesson. There's also a great sense of desire, to teach the little one's self achievement. They are also shown how to defend themselves and fight off a enemy.
