If you’re looking for a good workout then this the place to learn and enjoy. Personal protection confidence and good growth. This is the place to find good comrodery with other students.The Sensi is easy to learn from he uses several teaching methods as well as keeping it fun for all the students.

Sullivan’s MMA is a wonderful place to learn and experience the art of MMA. Dylan is an amazing instructor and I’ve learned so much! Healthwise it has helped my strength, coordination and balance issues immensely! I Highly recommend!

Great dojo. Sensei Sullivan is amazing with his students. Great activity for kids and adults.. Seeing how much confidence our daughter has gained really makes us proud. Highly recommended. I can't say enough.

Sullivan’s MMA is the best. My daughter had used to have anxiety around a bunch of people. Her confidence was down. She was put through a little trauma. Now her confidence is high. No more anxiety around a bunch of people. And she does not get bullied in school no more. I highly recommend giving them a try.

To say Sullivans is a great place to train is an understatement! Excellent care taken with students! I highly recommend Sullivan's! I have seen the confidence of students grow quite quickly, as well as the focus and discipline! Clean, organized well taken care of Dojo!
