  This is a great place to train. The coaches and students are very knowledgeable and friendly. I've trained at a few different places before and there is something different about the environment at this school. You'll feel at home from the first day you walk in the door.

  Zac teaches the highest quality of jiu jitsu in Auburn New York. His teams competition record speaks for itself producing some of the finest athletes in grappling in the Auburn area. They are also a Haven Jiu Jitsu affiliate which means when you train there you are training under a giant jiu jitsu family whose main goal is to make you better at grappling.   A local grappling tournament was closed down last minute and Zac, the owner here, offered to host us all here for free. Great gym with plenty of space, thanks Zac
