  Phantom was the perfect way to add sports and discipline to my heavy daily routine . Coach Frank have the ability to focus in everybody to teach and correct each technic that Jiu Jitsu have to provide us . I’m so happy to keep my body active in a healthy , interesting and interactive class.

  Been training for some time before joining the phantom crew as I needed a place closer to home. Frank welcomed me with open arms and continues to help develop my game every time I step on the mat. Although this is a great place for anyone to start learning jiujitsu, I consider this place high level, as everyone who trains here are literal ninjas because of his teaching style. Great place to come learn from one of the best.

  Tried out multiple jiu jitsu academies before starting with Frank. Phantom jiu jitsu academy is 100% next level. I’m a beginner and have been consistently attending franks fundamentals class. Frank spoke to me about and continues to speak about the importance of fundamentals and this has been huge for me and others. Trust him, his process and his curriculum. Franks background is incredible and on top of that he has an education degree. He’s the best instructor I’ve come across. His classes are safe, fun, informative and competitive. On top of that the culture at the gym is welcoming, friendly, safe and educational. Whether you want to compete or just learn jiu jitsu for fun/self defense/exercise, or as a hobby, phantom jiu jitsu is the school to go to.

  Frank is a world class instructor. His attention to detail and breakdown of movements makes it easy to learn proper technique. He gives attention to everyone in the room no matter your level of experience and knows his students by name. I look forward to continuing to train here. In short - clean mats, good music, and great instruction.

  Phantom Jiu Jitsu offers world class instruction from Frank and is a welcoming and friendly environment. Upon completion of my free trial class I knew Phantom was the community I wanted to be apart of. From the cleanliness of the facility to the detailed instruction, everything was top tier. Frank takes time to ensure each student receives instruction and attention while maintaining a well thought out and planned training regiment. If you are looking for a gym to drop in or call your home you cannot go wrong at Phantom.
