Though I was a long term visitor I consider Phantom JJ home! Hands down the best place to train in the DMV. It offers a space for competitive athletes and hobbyists in a humble and safe environment. Frank is friendly and a master of the game. What impressed me most is that Frank genuinely cares about the development of his students. Every class, whether it was 4 students or 20, he made it feel like a private lesson. Honestly wish I could be here longer to see the rise of this phenomenal school and be part of the movement. Phantom was the perfect way to add sports and discipline to my heavy daily routine . Coach Frank have the ability to focus in everybody to teach and correct each technic that Jiu Jitsu have to provide us . I’m so happy to keep my body active in a healthy , interesting and interactive class.

Been training for some time before joining the phantom crew as I needed a place closer to home. Frank welcomed me with open arms and continues to help develop my game every time I step on the mat. Although this is a great place for anyone to start learning jiujitsu, I consider this place high level, as everyone who trains here are literal ninjas because of his teaching style. Great place to come learn from one of the best.

Frank is a world class instructor. His attention to detail and breakdown of movements makes it easy to learn proper technique. He gives attention to everyone in the room no matter your level of experience and knows his students by name. I look forward to continuing to train here.
