I have only been doing Tai Chi for a month. I must say at twice a week for this month I have experienced a vey relaxing and mind calming experience. As a 63 yrs old, looking for a relaxing outlet for my mind, and body I have found this to be what my body needed. And a further benefit of the Tai Chi routine is the relaxing state I now experience on the golf course. Yes, Tai Chi is definitely an asset too improving one’s golf game. Thanks to the Rothrock team for my new relaxation in my life.

I am having an absolutely fantastic experience at Rothrock's! From the moment I walked in a year ago, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Their attention to detail and personalized guidance make each session both enjoyable and educational. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my balance, flexibility, and overall well-being since joining. The gentle, flowing movements have been a game-changer for managing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, and enhancing overall mood. An added bonus is the sense of community among the members - I have really enjoyed getting to know and practice alongside them. Highly recommend for its positive impact on both physical and mental health. Five stars without a doubt!

Great place to learn new skills. You will improve your physical fitness and meet a lot of good folks very open minded. My wife and I both go there twice a week totally worth it. ❤️

I joined the adult Kung Fu classes last December (2023) and I've loved every minute! I was in not-so-great physical and mental shape and both have drastically improved since I started. Sifu White, Mr. Machinist, and the other teachers are really encouraging and helpful. I wish I started years ago!

When I started at Rothrock's about two and a half years ago, I'd had no martial arts experience whatsoever. I felt so intimidated when I walked in for my introductory lesson and saw all the experienced students going through their class. I thought, "How am I ever going to learn how to do that?" From day one, all of the instructors at Rothrock's made me feel like I could learn it! They are all very encouraging, engaging, and enthusiastic. The classes are a great workout for the body and for the mind. They're extremely accessible for beginners, and the way the classes are structured, we gain the building blocks to go from beginners to experienced students. The trial classes are a great way to get started and see what the school is all about. I am proud to be a student at Rothrock's. I get a great workout, I continue to learn to refine my focus and concentration... and I get to do kung fu! How cool is that? Thanks to all of the staff at Rothrock's for their hard work and dedication!
