I’ve been training at TriTown for a while and I must say that Professor Mikey, Sergio, and Dave are excellent to learn from. They focus on the small details for each techniques! Highly recommended - Khizer

Chill and friendly place to train BJJ for whatever reason; hobby, fitness, or competition. Mostly gi training; classes 6 days a week with periodic seminars and competitions. I lost 65 lbs in less than a year and a half training here roughly 3-4 days a week.

This place is wonderful! Mikey is an amazing teacher and thoroughly engages the kids while teaching them the art of jiu jitsu. My son loves it so much he wants to go everyday. We could not be luckier that we found tri-town.

Great people, good vibes. My second time here visiting from out of town and they were just as great as the last time. I always learn something new, and I like they spent part of the class with some practical self defense jiu jitsu which was great. Go check them out!

Just recently got back to full time training after a long break from the mat. Best decision I could’ve made. It’s become my second home. Prof Charles is an encyclopedia of jiu jitsu. The classes are fun and interactive. Solid hard training, adjustable schedules classes, the best folks to laugh and learn with. Come by and check it out and I’ll see you there!

This gym has been a great starting point in martial arts for me. The culture is positive, focused, and instructive. Professors correct technique and give assistance throughout drills. Other students are knowledgeable and welcoming in their own rite. Please come train with us!

Get down with Tri-Town! I'm new to the sport and art of Jiu-Jitsu and I'm hooked. The caliber of training we receive is top knotch. I just received a Gold medal this weekend at my first BJJ tournament thanks to the team and coaching on the mat after only 4 months of training. Expert Instruction ✅️ Supportive Community ✅️ Welcoming to all ✅️

My son is enrolled in their youth class and not only is he enjoying it, but he is more focused and disciplined outside of class. Instructors are knowledgeable and patient and ensure the class is fun for all students.

my 5 year old started here recently. sergio, mike and charles, in addition to being jiu jitsu masters, are incredibly patient and great with the kids! have been very pleased with it so far.

Great staff who put in time and effort to make sure everyone's truly learning and accomplishing their goals. As well as experienced classmates who aren't just there to show you how good they are. Atmosphere is really laid back in terms of being able to joke around with your buddies before/after class but at the same time, while on the mats, everyone takes it seriously and uses their time valuably. This has been my fourth gym and it is the most inexpensive so far by a lot. 6/5 stars

I cannot say enough about how great this gym is! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and the price is really affordable. I’ve been to other gyms where I didn’t always feel comfortable or safe training, but that’s not a problem at Tri-town. Definitely check it out!

Place is great, Charles and Sergio are great instructors and masters of their craft. I’m sad to be moving out of Denver soon but would definitely keep training here if I wasn’t!

Fantastic BJJ school with great instruction from Professor Charles and Professor Sergio. They really set the tone for a very respectful setting. Also, with the addition of kids classes and women's only classes they've put a lot of focus into the inclusion of different training purposes and needs. One of the best schools I've trained ever!

Been training BJJ for five years and I dropped in here for a class while on vacation. Prof. Sergio taught the class I attended and it had a great vibe and he was very knowledgeable. The students were cool and welcoming. Having dropped in at a lot of places, I can definitely report that this is a super friendly place to train.

Tri-Town BJJ is an awesome place to learn Jiu-Jitsu. It's a great feeling to walk in to a class here and know that I'm being led by instructors that are so incredibly qualified. With Professor Charles, Sergio, and Mikey I know that I'm making the most of my training time. They take special care in giving quality instruction that has leveled up my game with every session I attend. The facility is clean and well maintained which makes me feel great as personal hygiene is so important in a grappling sport. Lastly, if you're a beginner who is interested in trying BJJ, this is a place you can feel safe. The instructors were very diligent in explaining to me and my partner that class was about learning technique and bettering ourselves, not fighting each other to survive. Tri-Town Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great place to learn discipline, self-defense, and challenge myself mentally and physically. I can't wait to come back and train!
