  I found this gym when I was spending a few weeks in Denver. I'm lucky I did. The reviews are absolutely spot on. Incredible instruction, great culture of learning and support, and amazing instructors who set a terrific tone. I could not recommend it more highly to anyone interested in learning BJJ in a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment.

  Dropped in for a no gi class - Sean is a super knowledgeable instructor and the facility is great, spacious and clean. Welcoming environment.

  Terry and Sean were absolutely amazing and great! It was such a pleasure meeting them. Would recommend them to anyone, super helpful instructors. If you’re in Colorado just visiting, great place to train!

  Sean and Teri are AMAZING instructors! I was admittedly not great when starting out, but the community was so supportive and I was able to get personal feedback on my form. The class was fun and it felt good to exercise and learn self defence at the same time. :) I wish I lived local, because I would definitely come back
