  This place is wonderful! Mikey is an amazing teacher and thoroughly engages the kids while teaching them the art of jiu jitsu. My son loves it so much he wants to go everyday. We could not be luckier that we found tri-town.

  I cannot say enough about how great this gym is! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and the price is really affordable. I’ve been to other gyms where I didn’t always feel comfortable or safe training, but that’s not a problem at Tri-town. Definitely check it out!

  Great people, good vibes. My second time here visiting from out of town and they were just as great as the last time. I always learn something new, and I like they spent part of the class with some practical self defense jiu jitsu which was great. Go check them out!

  Get down with Tri-Town! I'm new to the sport and art of Jiu-Jitsu and I'm hooked. The caliber of training we receive is top knotch. I just received a Gold medal this weekend at my first BJJ tournament thanks to the team and coaching on the mat after only 4 months of training.   This gym has been a great starting point in martial arts for me. The culture is positive, focused, and instructive. Professors correct technique and give assistance throughout drills. Other students are knowledgeable and welcoming in their own rite. Please come train with us!
