This place is amazing. There are classes for all belts/levels, and you get a sense of community really quickly. I was intimated by this sport (especially as a female athlete), but this is a very welcoming environment. Professor Nobuo and the WOJJ coaches know you by name and care about your progress. You get a lot of 1:1 time and their unique teaching styles enrich the learning experience. Can’t recommend it enough.
Posted 1 year agoWe are very pleased with art of jujitsu! Our son has been going there for a few months now and he absolutely loves it! The coaches are so caring and give personalized attention to each child. It is a welcoming low pressure atmosphere yet the kids are encouraged to do their best.
Posted 1 year agoMy son (9) has been attending Way off Jiu Jitsu classes for 5 months. He absolutely loves it and gets excited every single time! I’ve been incredibly impressed with his progress and the quality of instruction at Way of Jiu Jitsu. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and provide a supportive learning environment. Not only has my son gained physical strength and agility, but he's also developed confidence, discipline, and a strong sense of respect for himself and others. I highly recommend Way of Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu in a positive and enriching atmosphere.

The instructors are knowledgeable and detailed and the other students, regardless of level, are very welcoming, helpful and encouraging. If you are looking for a place to train, this is it!
Posted 1 year agoWay of Jiu Jitsu is amazing in so many ways! The academy has high quality Professsors and coaches. The kids program is very structured and helps kids build confidence and strength! The adult program is amazing, and I appreciate the Japanese traditions that are incorporated. Professor Nobuo, the owner, takes time to help each student build upon their own strengths and helps improve their weaknesses. He brings the best out in all of us! Thank you, Way of Jiu Jitsu, for being a second home!
