  For the last 5 years, I haven’t felt more included and supported by friends, PKA kick boxing is so much more than training to learn a sport, it is a community that has supported me though some of the hardest times in my life. You are never too old to start and you will meet life long friends. The quality of the training, regardless of your level is exceptional, and, if you want, the coaching team will push you to the next level. Come along and give it a try, what do you have to lose?

  Fantastic kick boxing club, my son goes twice a week and absolutely loves it, all the staff are friendly and you can tell the kids respect them and listen. Would definitely recommend.

  My son started at Derby PKA in November and he absolutely loves kickboxing. From the very first session, the coaches made him feel welcome, supported and confident. The coaches are brilliant – professional, encouraging and great with children. What I appreciate the most is the level of safety and care. The team is very responsible and they never allow a child to leave until they see the parent, which gives me real peace of mind. The classes are fun, well structured and safe, and I have seen a very positive change in my son’s confidence, discipline and fitness since he joined. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, and it is clear that the team genuinely cares about every child’s progress. I would highly recommend Derby PKA to any parent looking for a fantastic and safe kickboxing club for their child.

  My daughter has just started her kickboxing journey, her first day was very overwhelming but I couldn't thank the staff enough for all of your encouragement. She completed her first full session this week and she now absolutely loves it and can't wait to continue. 😊
