Get in great shape, learn a new skill and raise money for Charity. Ultra MMA is a unique experience for beginners to learn the UKs fastest growing sport.
I've done 2 Ultra MMA events in Manchester now. As a competitive taekwondo athlete, it was the perfect way to start integrating grappling into my martial arts. Highly recommend training at the Salford camp - I loved it so much that I started coaching taekwondo there, while I continue my MMA training 💜✨
Experience of a lifetime, highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience with Ultra Events and Trojan Freefighters Gym. The whole show was incredibly well run from start to finish — professional, organised, and a great atmosphere for both fighters and spectators. Everything felt smooth, from communication to fight night execution, and you can tell a lot of care goes into making it a high-level event. Trojan Freefighters matches that same standard — top-level coaching, structured sessions, and an environment that pushes you to improve every time you step in. It’s welcoming but serious about progression, which is exactly what you want whether you’re just starting out or actively competing. Overall, a properly well-run setup across the board with a great team behind it. Definitely recommend.
Has been an epic experience, the training has been so cool, it's been so interesting learning different styles and meeting new people. Ultra MMA are amazing for putting together these events to raise money for charity, what an unbelievable organisation! And a once in a lifetime experience! 💪💯
Atmosphere was absolutely incredible. All staff were supportive and very helpfull to all customers. Ref was very fair and polite towards the fighters. Everything was set out amazing and planned to perfection! Definitely 5* review is needed. Lesley was also extremely helpful. She is a credit to the team
It’s not just about the fight – it’s about the journey and the amazing people you meet along the way. Every training session is something to look forward to, not just because of the hard work and sweat, but because of the laughs, motivation, and good vibes. The energy in the trening is something you don’t come across every day. Ultra MMA isn’t just training for a fight – it’s an experience, and the team makes it unforgettable! 🔥🥊 Good luck to everyone on the warrior's journey 💪💥
