Been training here for a few years. Super inclusive for all genders ability levels and cultures. Detailed instruction by exceptional instructors, great facilities, enormous dojo, and very reasonably priced with cheaper plans if you cant attend all days.

I trained here for years under Soke Garry Stringer. First off, the facility is impressive. The work that's gone into making the training space clean, safe and efficient is brilliant. Other clubs from other disciplines would be a regular sight in the space which tells you how it's thought of in the MA community. Gaz is a magnificent teacher. A walking encyclopedia of Martial Arts knowledge gained over a lifetime of experience. His uncanny knack to read people and taylor his approach to different individuals must mean he has a black belt in people skills somewhere too! What I loved most about the training was the adaptability of the ideology towards self defence. This is not a system of MA stuck in it's ways. Gaz would regulary adapt and evolve the syllabus and techniques based on research of most common real world attacks and situations. As the world changes and threats change, so did the approach toward disarming and dealing with them. No matter your age, ability or state of fitness, all are welcome at the club provided you're turning up with the right attitude and intent. All the Instructors are eager to help you find your confidence and harness it the right way. When you walk through the door, the clubs emphasis is on cooperation and encouragement whether you're 6 years old or 66. Whatever your intentions, a bit of fitness, confidence boost, or channelling your inner warrior, you can find it at MCSDA

Professional venue that is well equipped, providing a range of arts with experienced, highly qualified instructors. Recommended for a visit to see what is taught and to meet / talk with the instructors and students. .
