  I recently was looking at getting my daughter into the martial arts to help with her self control, as well as learning how to defend herself. We tried a a couple different places and chose Hanover Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, because I believe they have the best instructors and they have a great option where my daughter can train five days a week for one flat fee.

  Dropped in from KY while in the area for work. Everybody was awesome when I dropped in. Treated me as if I was one of their own. The instruction was quality on all levels and the rolls were solid. No egos, just a group of individuals helping and pushing each other. Highly recommend if you are dropping in or looking for a gym to call home.

  I am new to ju jitsu and have been going to Hanover bjj for about 3-4 months now. The 3g gym is absolutely awesome! Wealth of knowledge, great people, not out there to kill you since most of us work for a living. If you’re on the fence about ju jitsu this is the place to go, welcoming atmosphere, great coaches and students plus you get the benefit of going to any of the other 3g affiliates! York, Harrisburg and more! Flexible class schedules to fit anyone’s hectic life even mine! Highly recommend to anyone!!!

  I began my BJJ journey around a year ago at the York location, and I cannot say enough good things about the instructors there! The knowledge that they possess and they way that they can breakdown even the toughest concepts is a testament to their teaching ability. Definitely think about joining the 3G family at this new location, you won't regret it!
